What is a WishDish?

Your WishDish is the meal of your dreams, delivered!  We've made the best local restaurants available for delivery at home, the office or any private event; for all occasions, your dish is our command!  

When are you open?

Order online 24 hours a day for delivery during LUNCH 11-2pm and DINNER 4-9pm.

What is the cost?

Most restaurants have a minimum order of $15, plus delivery fee starting at $5 (increases with distance); add $2.50 to orders placed by phone.

How long does it take?

Delivery times are custom quoted based on your location and distance from a restaurant, plus present conditions (weather, traffic, time of day or higher than average order volume).  Most orders are placed, prepared and delivered in 30-60 minutes.  Larger orders (food totals over $100) or catering may require advanced placement; you may also reserve your delivery time to easily plan your busiest meals. 

Will my food be hot when it arrives?

Absolutely.  Your mobile waiter uses the highest standard of thermal bags and coolers to keep your orders fresh during transit.  Your delivery is expertly coordinated to guarantee hot food upon delivery and ensure no time lost between when your order is ready and when it leaves the restaurant.

Can I order from multiple restaurants?

Definitely.  Your driver(s) can pickup from any number of restaurants for a single order.  Each restaurant selected will require a delivery fee and that the minimum order be met.

Where do I input my coupon code?

After selecting your location and restaurant items, you may enter your coupon or gift code when viewing your order cart and before selecting payment information.

I don't see my area, will you deliver to me?

Possibly: our service area is determined by our available restaurants and each effective delivery radius.  This is designed to limit transit times to under 20 minutes to keep delivered foods as fresh as possible.  If you'd like to order from an area not included in our zip-code selecter, please inquire through CustomerService@MakeAWishDish.com.

I can't find my favorite dish or option, what do I do?

Feel free to notify us of any item you believe may be missing from a restaurant menu and we will make any correction as soon as possible. Use the Special Instructions field in your order to include any unlisted specifications or dietary requirements; additional upcharges may apply.  Write us at CustomerService@MakeAWishDish.com

I need to change my order....

If you have any questions or changes to your order, inform us immediately at CustomerService@MakeAWishDish.com.  We can correct your order as long as it has not been already prepped by the restaurant.

There is a problem with my order....

If your order is incomplete or incorrect in any way, please call us immediately at 855-WISH-NOW (947-4669) Ext. 1.  We will do our best to correct any issues in as little time as possible and redeliver if necessary.

Is there a markup?

Not in most cases.  The price of items may or may not include a markup, depending on the restaurant being delivered.  Nearly all WishDish Partner Restaurant menus are available for delivery at the same price as dining in, though some restaurants do not allow their foods to be sold at menu price for delivery (included in descriptions).  Due to customer demand or by special request delivery is available with an upcharge (included in total).
